Check your Bios/UEFI settings (Update it if necessary) and Change those stupid Power Properties to max Power use for PCI E in Windows. Update your motherboard drivers then update your video drivers. make sure your case is clean including the components inside of dust, if the PSU is a few years old, get another. reseat your video cards.
