I've used three MSI motherboards with the earliest being a skt939 board and they've all been pretty good. They boards never wow'ed me but they always worked well. There was one case where I was stupid and flashed the wrong BIOS to a 975x Platinum Power-Up and they sent a new BIOS chip free of charge or shipping and when that didn't work they RMA'ed the board and I had it back in 2 weeks. So all in all, I've been fairly happy with their motherboards but I've been plenty happy with their support. Unlike ASUS who can make a damn good product but best of luck if you have to do a RMA if/when something goes wrong.
