Overclock 7950 match the gtx 670 or even past it most of the times. Considering the price of 7950 is a lot lower than gtx 670, 7950 is the clear winner.

Hard OCP and all the other "credible" sites have already said GTX 670 is faster OC'd and stock.
Hard OCP tested 8 games. TPU tested 18 games.
Unigine 'Valley' is just one benchmark. 1 benchmark vs 26 benchmarks.
Also that Unigine 'Valley' is done on a forum where all the systems are running different hardware. How can you base a credible result when everyone has different configurations?
Bottom line GTX 670 > 7950.
