You know not what you are speaking. The Apples are rated at 12-16ms, and have no ghosting issues whatsoever. And that's not just me saying that, that's also pro reviewers saying that.
Besides, how many monitors do you see in that price range with response rates of 25ms anymore? That's old tech, and most have been phased out.
