heres the thing as far as i see it, some mods spend more time online then others and we cant fault them for that because we all have or should have real lives to spend time in.
i think what we are in agreement that more monitoring by mods is the goal and the coming and going of mods leaves periods of reduced mod supervision.
this is a case by case situation that changes from forum to forum and depending on time of day.
these guys do a great job and i think its unfair to say replace them because they arent on at the same time you are on.
i think the goal should be to get better coverage for those forums that have less mods covering them.
to help i would suggest you take notice when you think mod coverage is limited and report it so they can try and find a mod to help cover that forum at that time of day.
