System Specs

Hardware help AGAIN!
Ok, i have roughly £150-£170 to spend. I have 2 choices it seems --
Nvidia 8800GTS GPU
AMD X2 6000+ and 2GB 6400 RAM

What should i go with? or what else could i get?
