Ok so we've eliminated RAM, CPU, and CD, what does that leave, I guess just the motherboard, or potentially your CD-ROM drive.
Also just because your RAM works in another computer doesn't mean it's stable in this one, try going to
www.memtest.org, download and run memtest86+ and if it finds errors you have RAM problems.
