I went to BIOS to see if everything is alright. My motherboards has a strange OC Program, and to the untrained eye (like mine), it seems daunting, so I'm not that great with it. Was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is my problem (as I set most things to Auto).

Try setting your PCI-E Freq. to 100Mhz not Auto could be trying to use more than the card could need and handle.
