duno about that one, just because they are the heads of TPB dosnt mean fines given to them would translate to TPB, im not sure how the law there works but here if you start a corp and its not 100% owned by you they cant normaly take the assets of the corp to pay off your own debt, and sames true if the corp where sued or went under, they cant go after individules for the debt of the company that nolonger is valid.
we will see, wel will see, i have a feeling this will all endup as a giant mess eather way, if they win (tpb) then the law will go after them again with another charge, if they loose there will be bad things like riots in sweeden, eather way it will all endup as just another mess we get to watch from our computer chairs
