Most ad campaigns are designed to trick you into buying something you don't need, nothing really new about that
Anyway took a risk and installed vista x64 and omg it is so fricken sleek
Nothing major wrong with it apart from Arma which needed patched and that was all. Performance in games is incredible and my apps like internet explorer (Hated it until vista64) now load up quite fast so overall vista = 10/10 from me.
