my responsibillities as a member of this forum is to follow the rules (which i do 99% of the time) plain and simple, YOUR job as a moderator of this forum is to regulate/enforce the rule's.
if all the mod's worked together, helped eachother and did their job's as they are supposed to this thread would not exist end of story.
