At 128-bit, it would be way too crippled to face a 8800 GT, given that it's carrying 480 shaders. 192 is impossible since it's known this is carrying 512M memory...leaves 128bit and 256bit. So I'd say 256-bit. 256 / 32 (bus width per chip) = 8 (no of chips on the board). 512 (total memory size) / 8 = 64 MB (memory size per chip).
