Actually J, I was posting here on a regular basis at the end of his moderator campaign. I must say even from then TPU has changed drastically.

I was here under a different name back in 05 (forgot all my login details) never logged into the forums and mainly for the ATi 9500/9800SE softmod era.

hehe yeah my 7900GT OC SC from eVGA cost $370 back then a long with my 3800 x2 at $320. 9 ish month later the price wars started lol.

Prices have surely come down. Pretty much shows how much we were being ripped off and still think they could get better and much better for the peeps in the UK.

I never saw the German forums before! I'm probablly guilty of having another user account from when I got my ATi 9800 and wanted to unlock it. It failed. I'm pretty sure I came back with my current account when I wanted to unlock my x800gto. Success!!

Dang I miss the good ol days.

Monday, August 16 2004: AMD Sempron released

Friday, August 13 2004: Geforce 6600GT released "The GeForce 6600 GT rips through DOOM 3™ at a stunning 42 frames per second at high quality, high-resolution (1600x1200x32) settings."

lol.

At the time I was still posting at Xoxide forums. I no longer frequent the forums, but the site is still worth a visit: www.xoxide.com , www.xoxideforums.com

After I started coming to TPU more and more for fresh news, I finally signed up and started posting here instead.
