It's located here: Gamepowerup It's still in the early stages, but traffic has died down. I am making an attempt to resurrect the site since it seems so lonely over there. I am trying to get the reviewing team back together to get more stuff, but again, we need traffic there.

we need to promote it more, thats the main problem man. kudos to you for trying to get it back!

what really needs to be done is that instead of a games forum on tpu, the current slot for the games forum should be a link that takes the user to GPU and then gpu should do the same for TPU. that way users can move back and forth. also another thing i suggested was to have GPU use the same database as TPU. that way users registered at tpu can use gpu with their current accounts and vice versa. both would really stimulate traffic to both sites.

Yeah I haven't done much since my CoD4 review almost a YEAR ago! The forums have been devastated by spamming last I checked, and the traffic is so low. I wouldn't mind being a mod on that forum just to help clean it up when I have the time, I started a couple of reviews but never finished them. I started that Techpowerup Games thread well over a year ago now...that helped get the buzz going and W1z created gamepowerup!, which has great hopes, but just hasn't taken off.

Hopefully there can be enough support to get it going again! I'd be down to help get it back up to par in any way I can, but it takes more than 2 guys that are willing in the end...

I am working on a fallout 3 review as we speak. I agree that we need more mods and someone dedicated enough to post the reviews. I remember it was hell trying to catch W1z to get him to post it.

Since the site's creation about a year ago, it's been a seperate entity from TPU/TPU Forums. So you do have to create a seperate acount, which is a huge detracting factor, but it's just as easy to sign up.

Anything you guys can do to help out, suggestions, etc, would be much appreciated!

There are no links to GPU on TPU

. the hits for GPU would go up dramatically if someone was to fix that... also memberships should be transferrable... so that mods would have less work to do (you ban one there he is banned here too)...

Thats what I am trying to achieve. If we can get a user base started and more mods, then YES it will be updated. I am doing a review right now and trying to round up the rest of the review staff.

Lol, Car Power up is a different story all together. We at least have Gamepowerup. don't worry people, you cant see activity, but it's there. The staff sections are starting to flicker to life.

What we need right now is traffic and topics to post in. Maybe we can get W1z's attention, get things rolling again. I just hate to see alot of work go to waste and there has been ALOT of work there.

I've been over there afew times but it sucks that the forums arent linked to TPU. Also there wasnt much getting me hooked into reading the news like other sites have. I'ld like to see more info on upcoming games or updates/tweaks to current games. It needs daily news postings...theres always something that could go there that doesnt end up on the main TPU page.
