System Specs

790fx, Sb600, & Am3

Ok. I basically want to know if the AM3 processors will work in my board.

Let's assume for now, that the AM3 processors have the DDR2 AND DDR3 integrated memory controller (I know, that's up for debate right now).

Will the AM3 processors work with the 790FX + SB600 combo? (I've got the DFI 790FX-M2RS)

It's hard to find up-to-date info that's reliable (which probably means that AMD isn't sure). But this question is really hinging on SB600. Will the 600 support AM3?

Right now, my eye is set on the 3.0GHz Deneb when it's released, but I'd like an upgrade path (I'm starting to feel like I've got s939 all over again
