in my opinion u should get an asrock 780gxe or 790gx (the gx version is one of the most overclocking amd boards), you should keep ur processor and concentrate on a video card (if u game a lot), if not, well, get a 4850 (4830 i think will be within ur budget) and a phenom x4 or x3 8750
