Weird clicking noise from comp

OK well this started after I Installed win7 on a 640GB hard drive I was not using.

The side of the comp is still off and every now and then about every hour it will make a click sound its not a clicking noise its like Exactly ONE click, its the Exact same sounding click I get whenever I turn off the comp like a switch in the power supply or something but I dont know where its coming from or what it is. Also two times i could hear and audible humming/buz sound like the same kind of humming from a transformer but I think it was coming from my powersupply....

I put my hand on the top of my PSU and its not even warm.

Maybe that fan try blowing some air into the area as it could be some dust that is hitting the fan blades . Some times I have that same sound only hard to find in my case 9 fans to look at .

So your PSU doesn't have a fan ? maybe take the PSU out of the case and give it a good blowing out could be shorting out some were due to massive dust build up .

It has a fan but the noise isnt coming from a fan. The noise that I heard could not have come from a fan.
