The whole thing is a sh*!show. I agree that Israel has the right to defend themselves from completely unnecessary attacks. Hamas has been stupid the last couple of months. Don't shoot rockets during a 'cease-fire' and you won't get bombed back to the stone age. But what to they do? Try to stick it to the man. From this they got what they deserved.

I do not like that hundreds of civilians have died. That's one of those things that I dislike about war. But I do not like that they are using Internationally banned weapons, on a treaty that they themselves signed. If the U.N/U.S don't reprimand them for this... the whole world is gonna go to hell. If we put ourselves as the police of the region... then make some damn 'arrests' per se.

I have no problem with them killing terrorists, but the civi's... just no good

Most people don't have an issue with self defense when it is somewhat proportionate and evident that care is being taken to avoid civilian deaths. I fully endorse Israel's right to pursue and kill every single Hamas terrorist they can find. However, I do not believe the execution of that right indemnifies them from responsibility for unneeded civilian deaths.

At this point in time, from what I have seen, Israel does not seem to be taking appropriate care.
