I've had horrible luck with my EVGA board/video card

My brother, when ordering his parts, thought brand names of video card and motherboard had to match, and that only Nvidia cards worked with Nvidia chipsets.

Common misconception.
I've ran into 2 evga cards in my past, one of which I am using now, I like them both.

Pepsi: 8.5/10, nice OC on the Xeon, and only 2 GB of RAM?

u2konline: 1/10 for performance, 9/10 for GreenPC (90 watt PSU!), and 10/10 for keeping a PIII rig alive.
Slap in an AGP 3650 HD, a 1 GHz PIII, a modernish 80+ PSU and 1 GB of RAM (2x 512 MHz), and you'd get 3.5/10 from me and 10/10 for power efficiancy.

Not yet, dialing it in now as I just added 2GB if XMS2 I had. I am at 3GHz now on stock volts and 850MHz on the RAM at 4-4-4-12 2.1v. I'm trying to get the Corsair kit to reach higher clocks but it has troubles going above 900MHz. Yea, the E6550 has been greeeaaattt, it is 1 year and a month old now and is working as good as the first day I got it.(Same with the Ballistx). The time is coming now where I need a CPU upgrade. Start to get into music production and with games supporting Quads, I think that may be my next move. Gotta love AMD's PII for dropping C2Q's price

To above poster, 8.5/10 for now. 9.5 when you get your PII

Someone gave my computer/gaming performance a 1/10 LMFAO. I get 10-25fps in Crysis warhead at 1280x1024 low to mainstream, on a Pentium III, but i get a 1/10 performance lol.

Anyways, Urbklr, 9/10. Windows 7 blah, Vista Meh, thats why you didn't get a 10. Also, thanks for supporting Visiontek. You know they release a new driver right, the 8.11 i believe.

Crysis isn't the only game out there. It is the hardest on computers, but its low quality isn't that demanding. I would give you a 2/10.

BTW, I love Vista/7...they are great

you do understand that i ran crysis when it first came out on a S754 and 7800GS. not to mention even an ATOM can run crysis with that VGA card.

you do get a 1/10 on performance its a 6-7yrs old pc?! not to mention its not even home built its a bloody gateway. get a new PC if you saved the money from the last 3 VGA cards you have purchased you could have a computer thats not comparable to a commodore 64
