XFX Preparing GeForce 9400 GT Fatal1ty Edition
The GeForce 9400 GT graphics processor was originally conceived by the company to serve as an upgrade over the IGP, to provide multi-head HD video connectivity, video acceleration and a reasonable bit of GPU acceleration for CUDA-driven applications. It facilitates only some very casual gaming at low settings. XFX however, is looking to give it a gamer feel with a new Fatal1ty-branded SKU. Brand Fatal1ty represents a range of gamer-oriented hardware carrying the brand-marks of one of the most successful and popular professional gamers of our time: Johnathan "Fatal1ty" Wendel.
The XFX GeForce 9400 GT Fatal1ty takes on the same XFX-design and adds Fatal1ty branding. Featuring 512 MB of DDR2 memory, this card uses clock speeds of 550 MHz core and 800 MHz memory. The features are pretty standard: 16 stream processors, a 128-bit wide DDR2 memory bus, DVI and D-Sub connectors for output, and a low-profile PCB design that makes it slim form-factor friendly. The product will be announced shortly, so we could know its price. ![]() Source: Donanim Haber |

Hehe , a fatal1ty of 9400GT is pointlles , the whole point of 9400gt is to be cheap at what offers , making it premium 9400gt makes it more expensive and the bigger the price the more options you got from not so premium gpu's but at the same price as 9400GT fatal1ty.
XFX is stupid , they should close their bussines .

Maybe if they made some fatal1ty models for the higher end stuff with custom coolers and super high overclocks they may be worth it but a stock PCB stock cooler 9400GT at stock speeds is just pathetic.

He may or may not like to; but more likely, they contracted his name for a set number of months or years and can put his name on whatever products they like.

When they drive a dump truck full of money up to your house, I bet you would sign those papers too.

XFX is really beginning to turn into a dirty company, making a bunch of sh*t cards with terrible specs and selling them like they can run any game on the market, like that 1GB 128Bit GSO, I mean that card costs 150 dollars nearly and it would probably be barely faster than a 8600GTS, wtf
I'm gonna start buying EVGA and Sapphire cards again |

Oh boy... I'm really getting sick of seeing all this "Fatal1ty" crap. The only thing fatal about the "Fatal1ty" 9400gt is that it's so Fatal1ty slow it makes people trying to actually play games more complicated then pac-man go Fatal1ty kill themselves because they're sick of the Fatal world Fatal1ty screwing them over when they thought they were getting a Fatal1ty good deal on a video card that's supposed to actually be decent cause it says Fatal1ty on it, but guess what, it might say Fatal1ty on it but it blows just as hard as any non-Fatal 9400gt on the market.

Like with any other purchase, you need to be well informed and get past the shiny box. For those that don't do their homework, there is this card. And if XFX paid me tens of thousands of dollars, they could put my name on a sh*t sandwich if they wanted to.
