Need advice on First Build

Hey guys I want to build a rig mainly used for gaming (WoW, CoD, Company of Heroes) and I need some advice on the parts that I have chosen.

http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/Pu...umber=13663927

That is pretty much what I want to build. I have been told that the PSU is bit much but I also dont want to get one that's underpowered and have to get a new one later. Any advice would be of great help. Thanks.

Looking good, but i would dropback to a 920. And WTF, that's a darn high-end rig and low end games. Why not play Crysis Warheads.

Reason I'm going so far is cause I'm gonna be entering college soon so I'll probably be broke 90% for the next 2 years and will have no money for upgrades so if I get into a new game I wanna make sure the rig can take it without lag.

I agree a 920 is much cheaper and the 940 is not even worth it..TRust me and spear and go with the 920 and spend the money saved on a GTX295 to replace those 280s....

(Correct me if im wrong)

I believe(^) The 295 beats 280 SLI in most games

Sadly 280 sli beats 295. But luckily it's only a 5 fps difference. if i were u i'd spend the leftover for ANOTHER gtx280 for tri-sli, beats almost anything.

lol doesn't work cuz it's on ur account. Yes, 280 can tri-sli, 295 sli will beat it tho but a waste of money.

I've thought doing that but I have never overclocked before so I'm afraid I might mess something up and ending up screwing up the CPU.

Also I'm not that good with specs so which is better
