Transcend Introduces 4GB aXeRam DDR3-1800 Memory Kits

Transcend Information Inc., a global leader in the manufacture of high performance memory modules, is proud to unveil 4GB aXeRam DDR3-1800 memory upgrade kits. Designed specifically for hard-core gamers using only top-binned, premium quality DRAM chips and custom high-purity aluminum heat sinks with cooling fins, aXeRam DDR3-1800 dual-channel kits deliver amazing high-speed overclocking performance while maintaining cool temperatures and rock-solid system stability.

Transcend’s 4GB aXeRam DDR3-1800 kit’s two identically-matched 240-pin unbuffered 2GB DDR3 1800MHz DIMMs are carefully paired for use in dual-channel configuration, which together provide memory bandwidth of up to 28.8GB/s. To ensure extra-stability and signal integrity at high clock speeds, all aXeRam modules use robust eight-layer PCBs that fully comply with JEDEC standards. The aXeRam 128Mx8 DDR3 DRAM chips are selected with the strictest quality and performance standards and are manufactured using small Fine-Pitch Ball Grid Array (FBGA) packages to assure better thermal dissipation, electrical efficiency and improved overclocking performance. Transcend’s aXeRam DDR3-1800 modules also support new Intel Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) technology, which allows users with high-performance motherboards to easily overclock their memory with aXerRam’s built-in aggressive speed-maximized profiles, or manually input their own memory timing parameters to take their system to the next level.

Transcend memory modules are built to highest specifications with the finest chips and materials available, and undergo rigorous testing to ensure they provide the best performance possible. Recognized worldwide for their reliable high quality, outstanding performance, excellent compatibility and stable operation, Transcend memory modules are the ideal choice for discerning power users.

No tripple channel? If it's built for Intel why wouldn't they make it tripple channel?

lol, someone's making some crap decisions. No need to go beyond DDR2 with lga775, why cripple themselves making these?

JEDEC standards? So this runs at 1.5v? Cool

No need to go beyond DDR2 yet at all, no matter what platform you're on IMO.

There is a lot of different tri-channel kits on the market. Anyone ever hear of AM3? You know, AMD's DDR3 platform? Well, it's going to be released very soon, so one would expect some brand spanking new dual-channel DDR3 kits to be realeased. Not everyone on the Intel side is switching over to i7 either. There are plenty of Intel chipsets that could utilize this dual-channel set.

Your right there Erocker... There still is people that will use the old intel boards that run duel, and then AM3... The world doesn't revolve around Intel... That's a fact!

Now, those babies look good! Erocker, you going to get some? If so, when!?

Lol But u’ll have to buy an extra kit and throw the 2gb left away. I think this was purposely designed for AM3.

I know but it's got Intel's XMP thing. I was just wondering if they were making Intel ram why make it dual channel.. This does look like a sick kit for an AM3 build tho.

Think of it this way.. It's Transcend's way of giving the old 775 Ddr3/AM3, ram that is going to be great for ocing... There still will be people that can't afford the i7 price...
