i'm sorry to give you a poor score, but 6.5/10. small HDD, 'only' 2GB ram, weak CPU (til you finish the OC) an old CRT and a poor video card.
Your system has promise due to a decent core (mobo + CPU) but until you pick the rest of it up your score wont go up.
