Guys....

im not ignoring your posts here.

several major forums have undergone upgrading and various problems.

Hardforums deleted all/most of its BST threads and everyone had to start over.

we all know XS has been down for a while now.

anandtech is switching to vbuletin as well.

EVGAforums did some revamping as well.

lets give it a few days for the deals.... used ones at least.... to build back up.

i'll keep searching for deals and if i spot anything i'll post it here.

there is some deals on there but you probably wont find x58s much under retail on evgaforums.

I'm still scouring all the dark corners of the interwebz trying to find a damn X48-DQ6. Where the hell did they all go? Are they that good that people just don't want to part with them or something? I thought for sure I'd find some as people moved to X58.

The 4870 would run fine on the 8x, just don't have the 4870x2 at 8x and you will be fine.
