There is information on a 7900 GT2. I just search some more and found the 7900 GT2, but also the 7900 GX2. It's going to stay, and i'll just add the 7900 GX2.

I'm not changing it till I see further reviews... It says right up the tip of the page it's using the R580+, then in the pic they say it's just a R580. It could simply be unmarked, so until I see other reviews/sources, it's not changing.

As it says here http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/.../vidcard/127/1 there were some X800 GTO² cards witch came with the 16 pipelines activated. However it seems that some GTO² had the R480 core and some other the r430, depending on the manufacturer. You can see some cases at this post (Sorry its ins spanish) or a chart here.

Byes!

See there, they are saying there has been tweaks done to the core with a new silicon revision. Also the core was called R580+ to identify it - Perhaps it's might be best to leave it as "R580+" or maybe "R580(+)"? I really don't care; tell me what you think.

To my surprise the GPU is still marked as "R580" - no "R580+".

Dunno if they left the 1/2/3/4 out by accident or on purpose, but they are so old, its not really worth adding.... and much is known about the Nvidia cards.. the Ati's get a lot more questions

Those cards are rather old... The CPU databased is based the same way, there's nothing older than AXP or P4. Older cards and CPUs are hard to find information on and not many people have them for "main" system - therefore we never put them in.

cdawall - If you can get me all the information on that card, I'll glady add it though.

I neeed as follows...
  • Core
  • Core clock
  • Memory clock
  • ROPs
  • Vertex piplines
  • Pixel shaders
  • Memory bus width
  • Memory amount
  • Memory type

Also if the core that the card uses isn't listed in the datebase (it should be be, but might not be) I need all the information on the core... So first tell me what the core is, and I'll tell you if it's there already.

-Dan

Edit: Ahh posted before me...

Edit: THe NV25 is there already... I'll put it now

Blargh... I might as well do all the GeForce 4s while I'm at it... I have lots of time and I have all the information I need too.

Meh on second thought, I'll just do the GeForce 4s as old as NV25...
