I love doing other peoples shopping
Heres the absolute best you can get for such a tight budget (assuming £350ish as your limit). The PSU while not the greatest will provide decent power to OC that setup.

I just bought my parents a set of hardware, and the total with MIR's and discounts was under $500, and for a slight bit more a better CPU cooler can be had to allow more overclocking room.
7750 BE 4GB OCZ 1066, 2T 5.5.5.15 500W PSU 1TB HDD 22X DVD burner sata Look http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=93337 here for the complete build. With stock cooling 3.1Ghz will be easily attainable.
