I used the AC Xtreme briefly when it forst came out, and I was very disappointed. I'm not a big fan of Xigmatek, but it's certainly the better cooler out of the two.

I never owned either but I have to go on the bandwagon on this one..Xigmatek. I did own the OCZ Vendetta 2 which uses the direct touch cooling and I though the HSF was good, for a Intel setup. I'm not sure if the Xigmatek has this issue but with my Vendetta 2 on my AMD rig I could only have the fan exhausting out the top of the case or on the back of the video card.

If your using a AMD rig my recommendation is the Subeam Core Contact but if using intel go for the Xiggy.

He's running a Core 2 Quad not an i7, he was only interested in that price range as TRUEs etc are far more expensive.

The Freezer isn't THAT bad imo.. Nothing spectacular, but not horrible. The Xigmatek's a good choice though.

If you were doing it for morale surely you'd have to find some, you know.. evidence? Or are you planning on taking an SSD with a whole load of crazy ass Jihadist stuff on it with you?
