4gb's of RAM and a better processor than what is currently in it of course. How do we know what is in it now? I'm guessing there is a T5450 in there currently. Why do you need to upgrade, is it slow? Maybe all you need to do is reinstall the O/S fresh? Is Vista on it? If so, 4gb's of RAM should help but I don't think you need to upgrade the CPU. Just look for DDR2 SODIMM's that are faster than you currently have.

System Specs

Currently, theres an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T5450 and 2GB RAM preinstalled on that machine. It can be upgraded to 4GB of RAM, and possibly a new processor.
Although I cant guarantee it, the unit should work with Merom 2M mobile processors.
Check this list http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...ge.2C_65_nm.29

Hope that helps.
-Mick.
