It's just easier to have it set up in the thread. Since I had items that were ready to sell, I would have had to made the thread and a notepad file for what was coming.

Sorry if my comments and statements are too straight forward for your liking. I still stand by what I said either way.

The fact is, you insulted another member(against the rules), trolled/flame baited(also against the rules)

In general that post you made, makes you look like a petulant child trying to get back at/get a reaction from somebody you dont like.

here I will quote the rules for you
http://forums.techpowerup.com/announcement.php?f=6
Quote:
Posting in a thread
Be polite, if you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything at all. This includes trolling, continuous use of bad language (ie. cussing), flaming and insulting others.
Short and pointless posts like "yeah", "me too" or "haha" can be made on the rest of the internet, not here. Post count doesn't increase your e-penis.
Stay on topic, changing the topic won't help the discussion.
If you reply to multiple posts use the "multi quote" button, that way the forum is easier to read.
Don't you think you AS A MOD should follow the forums rules/guidelines rather then trying to stir up arguments and tell people to grow up?

Telling somebody to grow up is not only rude, but insulting and on most forums considered trolling/flaming/flame baiting, and gets you at the very least a talk with a mod.....

No, I joined (finely after a lot of lurking) because I hate hypocrisy, If your going to inforce rules and have power over the community, you yourself shouldnt be breaking the rules should you?

Its like a cop smoking pot/doing coke when its against the law, or a cop having sex with a hooker, or any number of other illegal things, its wrong, and against the very definition of their job, hence they shouldn't have the job in the first place.

This is a matter of perspective. You see there are no rules on TPU. Only guidelines which Mods uphold to their will. Nothing is set in stone unless W1zz says so. So you see the Mods are lesser Gods over seen by higher Gods. They are not police. They are digital Gods of this realm. aka forum.

It kind of grinds my gears when a guy with a post count of 1-10 comes in and discusses the inter-forum social structure as if he knew a thing about the people he was openly mocking. Either it's a dual account or someone needs to get a reality check.

Peety, can you or another mod, clarify the "no non-tech items" rule?

post count doesn't reflect maturity or how long somebodies been around a forum lurking or whatever you want to call it, I found TPU years back when I needed an ATI bios(9800se to pro hard mod) been reading the forums from time to time for years........sorry my post counts not in the thousands so you could feel respect for me wasting my time posting/arguing about amd vs intel or ati vs nvidia or the slew of other petty arguments people have that I Franky have no interest in anymore.

I saw something I thought was Ironic and Hypocritical and I decided to post about it. sneekys taking it fine(never was personal, just don't like hypocrisy).

avatar......I thought that was just him holding a gun........b4 you deside to think I was being serious THAT WAS A JOKE!!!

There isn't a rule. Though I do know threads containing things like sailboats, exercise equipment, etc. have been deleted/closed in the past. I suppose one interpretation could be the fact that this is a tech website and everything is tech related including the B/S/T forum. Personally, I have no problems making the rules clearer for everyone to understand but it will take understanding, further discussion and time to accomplish.

Oh I take it personal, but the maturity I lack and my hypocritical nature is keping me from flaming you into trouble. As you say I shouldn't be a mod, but yet I have enough restraint to not take the bait, and allow you to continue your thoughts within the rules.
