Need help making a flash drive bootable

I want to update the bios on my Asus Rampage II Gene motherboard and i have no floppy, is there a way i can do this from windows (asus only provides afudos) or a way to make my flash drive bootable ?

Please help I want this done asap, Thanks in advance

You don't need to, just use EZ Flash in the BIOS
Unzip the BIOS file, copy the BIOS file to your flash drive, go to EZ Flash in the BIOS and follow along.

it worked for me. worked in xp x64 as well

I downloaded it direct from HP wouldnt install " unsupported OS" in compatibility mode and ran as admin, although sorted it now with EZ Flash (so fricken cool and easy ), Thanks to MushkinSean and everyone else for the input
