tpu hosted sigpics are fine, they were not supposed to be disabled in the first place, might have been some kind of bug in the script it ran to invalidate all other sigs.

tinypic won't be allowed

Yes, there is no file size restriction on tinypic. It has limitted dimensions, but not size restrictions.
