Cooler Master Intros Silent Pro M 850W and 1000W PSUs
Cooler Master expanded its Silent Pro M lineup of power supply units (PSUs) with modular cabling. Coming in 850W and 1000W models, the two form the premium high-wattage offerings. Both measure 150 (W) x 86 (H) x 165 (L) mm and have rugged steel casings with rubber noise-dampening sleeves on either sides. Cable modularity is limited to the six PCI-Express power connectors (6+2 pin) and peripheral connectors that include Molex, floppy and SATA power.
Both models feature a single +12V rail design, with a 66A rail for the 850W model, and 80A rail for the 1000W one. The unit is cooled by a 135 mm temperature-controlled silent fan. They are ATX 12V V 2.3 and EPS 12V V2.92 standards compliant, and boast of 80 Plus Bronze efficiency rating. Featuring MTBF of 100,000 hours and backed by 5-year warranties, the two will hit stores soon. ![]() Source: TechConnect Magazine |

This is the thing about Cooler Master, they are made by different OEMs...
I believe the Real Power stuff are made by Acbel and I might as well get one from them. ![]() I find out who make these and I can get them strait from the OEM which is usually cheaper.

Yes, 80 Plus Bronze certified. Reading the whole article usually yields a lot of good, useful information. When in doubt, visit the manufacturer product page.
