As the title states, this is the full version, not the upgrade. This is a builder OEM with COA on back of sleeve. Brand new, never used. Have had this for some time, so it DOES NOT have the Windows 7 upgrade coupon with it.

This is the 32bit disk, but one can download the 64bit and the COA key will activate just fine.

Asking $115 shipped to the CONUS.
