System Specs

Coolermaster N520 OR Deepcool Iceedge 400

i bought a Coolermaster Hyper N520 a while back for my e5200. i sold the pc and kept the cooler.

Now got myself a Deepcool Iceedge 400 just because of the i5 compatibility.

i wanted to know if it was worth getting the Retention bracket for the coolermaster so that i can use on my i5??? (maybe i should just sell it)
Its going to cost about $20 !!!!!

I'll be doing some OC afterwards (4ghz maybe ).
which one would be the most efficient??

Does that Coolermaster Hyper N520 have a dual fans on it?
If it does then I would stay with it.

System Specs

1xfan deepcool : 37.18CFM
2xfan coolermaster : 43.8CFM(total)

They are not that great. can always add another one on the Deepcool.

System Specs

I would keep the Cooler master based on one fact. More surface area.

Either cooler will do fine at stock, but once OC'd I believe the coolermaster will pull ahead and not saturate with heat as fast as the other.

I will say both could benifit from a fan swap

Look here and see what it says, then call around to them. If that doesnt pan out, shoot off an email asking about it to the section that applies here.

CM's own product link for reference in mail...http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/prod...roduct_id=2952
