Hanns-G is the best for the money, I have one and love it. It comes with the DVI to HDMI cable already. It's got great colors and vivid pictures. Speakers are on the weak side but I don't use them, have surround sound instead. I've had it for almost 12 months now and have no dead or stuck pixels plus it's 1920X1200 res. can't go wrong with that. i would buy another one if i had room on my desk.......

All look like good. I personal don't like monitors with speakers built in. They just serve no purpose or break in 2 weeks. For about $200 I would recommend either Sammy or LG. I loved my LG Flatronic. The only real weakness was they don't give you a DVI cable (which is still Bullshit LG). Cool, brightness, quality had no equal IMO. I almost want my monitor back .

LG 23" Wide

Sammy 23" wide

Otherwise, get the Hanns-G

For sure not getting the LG. I dont like the fact that it doesnt come with a DVI cable which I would need and when I like samsung better D:. Uhmm. 28 inch does seem a bit big. But I dont know if getting a 23 or 24 inch would be a much bigger upgrade from my 19inch. I mean I feel like this 19 inch shrinks every day lol.

I just realized that the 28 inch HannsG doesnt have DVI. That really really sucks.

Yeah, it is a dick move on their part, but I can't hold it against LG. My old monitor game with an DVI cable. Also, the products are very well built. I am will to toss out an extra $7 for a DVI cable.

If that is your way to narrow options when you can't pick one, get the Sammy.
