You get 10 keys for most software, so 10 copies of Win7, 10 Copies of Office, etc. Just remember to grab all they keys before your subscription expires. The copies of the software don't expire, you just won't be able to download new activation keys after it expires.

When I built a server for my buddies business it would have been wiser to purchase this than the damn outrageous price of Windows Server?? So if you are building computers, you cant sell them with these keys correct??

the keys never expire, even if the account does - and yes, you can often get technet cheaper than a single retail copy of a windows OS

Plus if you are concerned with the legality of including them with a computer you sell, do you also have a tax id number for your "business" and charge sales tax?

Well if you are in "business" you do, if you are building them as a "hobby" you claim the service on your 1099, and if you lose money due to "computer addiction then damn the bad luck"(unless you're in "business") ...right?

Question. According to the UK site, the subscription is for testing RC versions only. Does that mean I get "OLD" downloads, and not the production versions. If I am going to "try out" e.g. SBS I want to try out the real thing, not some beta RC.

Or is the UK website horribly out of date, and the UK content managers should be fired for allowing this rubbish to still be up there:

No, that's not my question. I dont want inbetween versions. I dont even want RC versions. I want FINAL versions. But the UK link suggests only the RC versions are available for "free download" as part of the subscription.
