Dad's response: "We've got no need for it." IT'S NOT ABOUT NEED. That's a freaking awesome deal. I had a 24" AOC and it had swirlies all on the screen and it would spaz out, so I returned it.

I'm glad I don't have enough funds in my PP account, I looked at the specs a little more carefully and the actual viewable dimensions of the screen is like 18.xx'' by 10.xx''.

Display Area: 476.6mm x 268.1mm

Is that normal or is it bad for a monitor?

Awesome deal. With Bing Cashback, you can save another $4-$7. I'm still waiting on my confirmation email from Bing. I'll let you know how much I got back.

I have the AOC 23" 1080P monitor and its awesome. Now I am spoiled to play @ 1920 x 1080 which my 4850 handles very well.

Well I still haven't gotten my cashback email which is unusual, but it could take 2 days. It took awhile to even get the receipt from PayPal which is usually instantaneous. I suppose I shouldn't sweat $5.

[Edit]
I got $4 cashback today. It's good to know that Bing cashback worked with the PayPal promotion in case they offer this again.

I'm speaking for myself when I say forget it, just buy a 23"/24" monitor. My next PC related purchase will be a 23" 1080p Acer as it's only €149.
