Nope. Maybe if my E5200 dies it is a nice sample . I would not care less for other stuff I have.

After a (relatively) long thought, I will only feel sad if my HDD die, all the data lost!

Other than that, I can get over it.

I only get sad when I know the warranty for my broken part is expired, but other than that I actually get kinda happy [yet a bit annoyed] when something breaks, knowing that I will get a brand new replacement later, its also a great wake up call to upgrade some of your other parts.

My MB just died 2 days ago, but now im waiting for a new MB and a new Video card ^_^

So far I've been happy. You know when your stuff is old and you really want to upgrade and but the stuff you have does everything you want it to without a hitch.. Then you look for errors.

Now selling stuff.. That breaks my heart.

Cool that you didn't lose everything, but damn, losing a new x58 motherboard,CPU and the RAM really does suck balls. What happened?

If its just recently bought and I voided my warranty, I would get so pissed I'd smash the TV, followed by crying about the fact I now need to replace my new hardware as-well as buy another TV.

Other then that, if a HDD went crap on me and I had all my valuable pr0n on it I'd go bonkers.

I don't feel as sad as I did a few years back.. Only because my downtime won't be 4-6m like it was then.. lol

I get depressed for a bit, especially if I have to replace something and it cuts into my saving funds for my house or if I was saving for another unnecessary gadget/parts for bike or truck.

The worst feeling is unintentionally destroying a piece of hardware and voiding your warranty in the process.
