[FS/FT][US] lapped AMD Athlon X2 5000+Black Edition

I need to sell my beloved 5000+Black edition i have had good times with this chip. It works perfect. Will run 3ghz@1.35v 24/7(YMMV) Only reason i am selling it is because its time to upgrade my cruncher to a more productive chip. i need it gone ASAP the local buyer backed out so turning to you guys
first off here is my heatware i know its not much but i'm kinda new to this still.

it has been lapped to 2000grit finish is alittle scratched from the heatsink.

Dual core,Tri, quad, Phenom II based chip. If its a dual or Tri i would like it to be one that has been unlocked and tested stable
will also be willing to throw in alittle cash

also want to TRADE A E7200 ES for a Q6600.
I am trying to switch my crunchers to quads for as cheap as possible so let me know what you got
If need i will take a pic of the E7200 and post it.
