Me and my friend do change hardware alot. I wouldnt say every month but for me its about every 3 months.

EVerything is just guesses and speculation, but its no surprise that if Nv cant keep up with ATI's cards at a competitive price point (read: 10% faster is fine for 30% more expensive, lol) - so they did a redesign. Both sides of the fence do that, when they have a sucky generation.
