I have removed the header from the main post. This whole situation with your payment is very unsettling though. Just cancel the transaction. I never actually received the money in my back account, and PayPal says the payment was unauthorized which indicates the buyer initiated the dispute.

dude I didnt start the dispute... it was a new account my wife started and I sold $800 worth of hard drives inside of a 12 hours of opening the account then I sent payments to a few people and they locked the account... I had a credit card attached to the account but the bank stuff had not went thru yet...

it is a big mess...

if you lost anything on shipping I will be more than happy to pay you for your losses

paypal put the account into limited access... the proof is right there...

I didnt mean for this to happen... just research it and you will see that I am telling you the truth

I cant even get to the money and I still have to ship out the items... I am screwed man

I still have the package. The UPS shipping transaction was cancelled as soon as I got the email about PayPal blocking the transaction.

Yeah well the same goes for me. I called PayPal and the description of the claim mentioned that it was an unauthorized payment and the claim was filed by your wife. Perhaps it only said that because that is the name on the account and she actually didn't do anything. I read about this situation before posting my scammer warning because other people have had this happen and it was indeed a scam. I am also aware that PayPal can basically take anyone's money ransom, which is why I hate them. They are a necessary evil though.

So it looks like we're both left penniless in all this...

Yeah, although I think your original plan to send a money order may have been wiser- hindsight being 20/20. Anyways, I think the issue has been cleared up and PayPal obviously tells the two parties in a dispute conflicting information. For everyone reading this- PayPal is at fault here, even though they did a convincing job of making me think the buyer was reneging on the transaction.

i mean it was a $37.50 transaction... would not screw any, esp for such a small ammount...

I hate paypal... every1 acts like its so important to have paypal... then paypal steals your cash and leave you hangin'

I might just send you a money order after this clears up... god damnit
