Oh yea lemme tell you. The week prior to July (Previously I couldn't get them for weeks at a time since my job didn't allow me to. I work from home now as Barbara's Personal Attendant so I can have them how ever long whenever now.) I was sending her text messages about picking them up on July 4th 2009 at 6pm (Just as it states on the decree) and will be dropping them off on what ever date it said. I was very specific to the T as the divorce decree stated. I said nothing else in the message other then the printed licensed and legal paper stated.

She replied with like hell you are etc. So when I showed up on the said date on said time. Her truck wasn't there, but her boyfriends was. He came outside and told me I wasn't getting the kids and I will never see them again. So off to court I went. Had her ass served and needless to say got my kids a week late with going through the whole paper work shit.

The judge almost threw her ass in jail a couple times because she wouldn't shut up. Tried to tell the judge I don't pay child support and shit. The judge asked me if I pay my child support I said yes sir. He said ok he pays his child support. She was whining and crying her ass off and interrupting the judge while I was just standing there laughing my ass off inside.

Believe me I pay child support. $243 bucks out of each check goes to Austin, TX straight out of my paychecks. The great thing is (which when the time is right I will be reporting her ass) in the decree its stated that each month $100 of the support is for the health care premium that she had them on. Want to guess what she has them on now since she lost that job?

Medicaid! Which is health care fraud. She is getting the funds for the health care yet has them on Gov. assistance.

So guess where she will be going?

But man, $243 a pay? I wish. I was paying $350 a pay for my kids, and only made $10.50/hr. PA domestic relations is very anti-father. There are all kinds of class action lawsuits and special interest groups dedicated to bringing a more fair system to PA.
