VRM Cooling question

Just purchased a T-Rad2 GTX and R3-VRM cooler for my 5850. Neither of these coolers addresses one of the VRMs located on the top left of the card (see pic below). This VRM is cooled by the stock cooler. I have tried cooling the main block of VRMs with a ram-sink and that didn't work at all - card overheated immediately. So, I assume just tossing a ram-sink on there won't work either. So a few questions:

1. What would you do to cool this VRM?
2. Why would Thermalright have completely ignored this VRM? Is it unimportant?

Ok. I thought so too. My only concern is that I tried cooling the main block of VRMs with a ram sink and it was totally inadequate. You may be right, this may be a lower heat-producing VRM. I am just not sure.
