Time for 890FX goodness.

Yup finally it is time to upgrade my mobo
So the Choices are:
  1. Asus Crosshair IV formula (avaliable)
  2. MSI 890FXA-GD70 (not yet)
  3. Gigabyte 890FX-UD5 (not yet)
  4. Asrock 890FX extreme 3 (avaliable, great bang for the buck)
Which of these boards is the shit?
I am also open for suggestions.

Crosshair IV, that is going to be my board in the near future aswell. Accompanied with a 1090T and some nice Dominator RAM.

The whole point about the FX boards is CrossfireX, an MATX board only got 4 slots and hardly fits 2 dual slot cards

Nor in the US. It's pising me off too. Seriously, only 2 Asus and one MSI 890FX boards available after a major CPU release?

Practically yes, they even have the same southbridge.
In fact the 890GX is build on 55nm vs 65nm of the FX, so the GX with the IGP shut off will be cooler.

That really depends on the individual boards
My 770 board have 8+2 phases which is better than 90% of the 780/785/790GX boards.

================================================== ===================

Right now I like the slot and ram slot placements of the MSI 890FXA-GD70 the most.
Or put it the other way around, it is the "least bad" in terms of placement.

Read that review on the MSI 890FX and was wondering if the FSB was actually that bad....anyway I think I will wait a bit, am not able to get a clear picture on which board to buy this time around. I used the Asus CHIV and its nice and all that, but does not give me anything better than the GD70...maybe memory but thats about it.
