If that hardware works for the 1366 chips and there is no gouges/deep scratch marks on the sink plate then I'll take it. I did a little reasearch and some of the sets come with the 1366 hardware and some don't.

This is a great block! i have one on my I7 using the 775 mounting hardware (Asus rampage II GENE has 1366 and 775 mounting holes

The block should work with 1366 chips i dont see why not, however i dont have the mounting hardware for it, only AM2/LGA 775

Damn, I would need the hardware because it would be for a custom rig that I'm selling. No worries. Hopefully someone will buy it quickly because it's a great price!
