Sounds to like like something may have been knocked during the install of the AC Twin Turbo Pro.

You know it is directly linked to the GPU since you did switch out the card and it has only happened sine you change the cooler.

I don't have anymore possible answers.

As predicted...well the new card that i've linked in previous page it's a good card?
I've fonded it at 80euros and it's compatible with my Artic Cooling Accelero

I do not know much about the ASUS HD5840 1GB you are interested in.

Only one issue, you may not be able to change the fan speed or read the fan speed of the Twin Turbo Pro.

The fan power connector on the ASUS HD4850 1GB is different from the reference model HD4850.
It comes with a 3-pin instead of a 4-pin fan connector which means it either has no fan control or no fan speed sensor but most likely no fan control.
I also find it strange the ASUS HD4850 1GB has no VRM cooling. but the Twin Turbo does come with a set of VRM cooler fortunately.

The accelero comes with an 3 pin adapter, and i think that the fan control it's in percentages (like mine video card, that have only two pins!)

For corfirm, the performances are the same between two cards?

Interesting.
Only two pins and your GPU fan gets control and monitoring.....

As far as I know you need a V & Earth which leaves the other two wires as Fan control and or fan speed sensor.

As for the performance between your card and the one you are looking at, I would not be certain.

Just look for a review of the two of them and compare the clock speeds if they have the same VRAM size.
Choose the one with the higher clock speed.

I find it interesting the ASUS HD4850 doesn't have any VRM heatsink as stock.
Not even any RAM coolers, just a heatsink.

Maybe the asus uses less-heating components, maybe in OC cooled correctly can make an big "step".

Unique differences between cards are:
Asus have 1024MB memory instead of 512MB
Asus don't cool VR (no problem, i will use the accelero kit)

As I mentioned about the VRMs without cooling.
The reviews seems to state is does indeed overheat with it's stock cooling.
So in theory the card will run without issue if using a Accelero Twin Turbo.

Just make sure you stick the VRM coolers on the little black squares

The link to the card you sent is actually the model off the ASUS site which you first sent.

I had concerns about the revision from newegg as it has a different VRM layout and looked like the VRM coolers supplied may not be enough or may not sit well.

The one you are getting is basically the refernce PCB layout which the accelero VRM coolers can sit on well.......as long as some stronger thermal tape is used rather than the pre-applied tape supplied with the heatsinks as mine started to come loose from the VRMs after a little while.

Also you will find you will most likely have to modify one of your Memory coolers and VRM coolers like I have for the heat sinks to fit nicely.

the noise is NOT from the cooler its from the gpu its self probably the Vddc its normal for voltage regulators not made with proper shielding
electronic regulators make noise
and without writing a 2 page post on electrical theory you probably wouldn't get it
its normal and happens a lot i had a old 9800pro that used to make my dog bark
