Internet connection issues?

Have you tried a download manager, like Free Download Manager?

Ain't TPU or the internet, 'cause I just downloaded them from FileHippo and TPU with no problem.

Is your firewall or A/V blocking it maybe? Try it with them off.

Clear your browser cache and the temp cache under C: > Users > User(name) > appdata > local > temp
