Fan Controller Voltage issue

I just installed 4;

Delta AFB1212GHE-CF00 120mm Case Fan

In the side of my HAF 932, and 1 4 pin rail doesn't keep them at full(yes I am that insane). I'd like to be able to tune them down to normal levels, but also get to there full power, and it just feels like my crappy Scythe 4 fan controller isn't cutting it.

Any ideas?

So far the best I can come up with is using 4 inline fan controllers from thermal take, so power gets to each fan directly. But thats a pain.

I'll post a video of there current noise level later...

Its the amount of amps the controller can push. There are controllers out there that can hold 4 Deltas, but they are harder to find.

Edit: Damn Crazyeyes is fast. I just caught the 30w requirement for the fan too...OR here is a six channel with 45w per channel. Lamptron 6 Channel High Wattage Controller

Well this is going to sound kinda stupid but I'd build a fan rhoebus with 4 x LM338T (in TO-220 package). They have 5A per channel, you're not going to beat that with any controller currently on the market.

The circuit is brutally simple (and it's included in the spec sheet). Even a child could build that circuit.

NOTE: You could do it with just 2 x LM338T but I'd be a little concerned about transient response.
