So you need a promo code for retail price, or is $49.99 a mis-type?

Doesn't apply to the console versions; just tried. 49.99 is the regular PC price.

Ummm... hardly a deal considering newegg normally has really cheap prices...

I preordered New Vegas from gameplay.uk -- for £22.99 which is only US$36.33

Check out guys, I just confirmed they ship worldwide.

Looks like maybe a 360 and/or PS3 promo. Does nothing for the PC version which is normal retail price.

That's cool, I had some friends go last nite at midnite to get and paid 60 bucks. I sit here at my desk, drinking coffee and got for 50, all good. Either way enjoy, because it looks fun !!

Holy crap, shipping to the US + Game still only comes out to like $43, I'm tempted.

Yeah me too but damnit I'm gonna wait. Looks great and fun and loved FO3 but as PC Gamer said it doesn't extend the franchise at all. Nothing much new to see here apparently.

Anyone who has the game, if you go into third person then strafe while trying to run forward, what happens? Since Oblivion all you did was have the running forward animation, then you would just slide sideways while running forward.
