Is this marketing, or a product advisory?

Don't buy Powercolor as they stuffed me over on a HD4870 x 2 that was still in warranty when it went duff.

I would advise anyone in the uk to avoid powercolor like the plague.

I would avoid the PCS/PCS+ versions, especially the ones that use Artic Cooling coolers. There's nothing wrong with the AC coolers themselves, but PowerColor uses really cheap components (e.g. cheap voltage controller that doesn't support software control, non-PWM 2pin fans, less VRMs, etc.) to get the card's price down by a minimal amount.

I had 1 HD 5770 from them where I couldn't even control the fan or voltage to keep up with my other reference version. I sold it and found another reference one for cheap.
